| Simon T. Ridgway
Position: President and Director
Mr. Simon Ridgway, President of Radius Gold, is an internationally known mining financier with over 15 years' experience managing publicly-traded mineral exploration companies in North, Central and South America. Simon is also the Chairman of Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. and CEO and Chairman of Focus Ventures Ltd. Since January of 2006, he has been instrumental in raising over $300-million to fund the exploration and development programs for his group of companies, The Gold Group. Simon is known for his early days with Mar-West Resources where he and his team successfully found and sold close to 4 million ounces of gold. Simon is also a member of the Casey Research Explorers League.

| David Cass
Position: VP Exploration
With a MSc degree in Mineral Exploration and Mining Geology, Mr. Cass has nearly 20 years international exploration and mining industry experience in many countries including the America's, Australia, Turkey, Iran, South Africa and Eastern Europe. He spent 15 years with Anglo American, including 6 years as Exploration Manager of North America, and 4 years managing Anglo's programs in Peru. Mr. Cass is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, and a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists.

| Ralph Rushton
Position: Vice-President, Corporate Development and Director
Ralph holds a B.Sc. in geology from Portsmouth University in the UK, a Master's degree in economic geology from the University of Alberta, and a Certificate in Business Communications from Simon Fraser University. Much of his 20 years' experience in mining and exploration was gained working as a geologist for the Anglo American group in Southern Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

| Roger Hulstein
Position: General Manager, North America
Roger holds a B.Sc. in geology from Saint Mary's University in Halifax Nova Scotia. He has worked mainly in western Canada and USA for over 30 years. He spent 7 years with Kennecott Canada in the 1990's on their base metal and gold projects and prior to that 7 years as a director with Aurum Geological Consultants Inc. Since 2000 Roger has worked mostly as an independent consultant. Roger is a member of the Association of Professional engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

| Kevin Bales
Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bales has 15 years of financial reporting experience in mining and information technology industries. He recently served as CFO for several public junior exploration companies with operations in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. Mr. Bales holds a Bachelor of Management degree with a major in accounting.

| Pedro Garcia Varela
Position: General Manager, Latin America
Pedro Garcia Varela, a Venezuelan citizen, graduated as forestry engineer at the Universidad de Los Andes in Venezuela. Pedro specializes in Mining related activities and has worked in the industry for 20 years, handling land, environmental and legal issues for North American companies operating throughout Latin America. He is a valuable member of the team, managing public and community relations for Radius. Mr. Garcia is a director of the mining chambers of several Latin American countries.

| Sally Whittall
Position: Regulatory Compliance
Sally has over 20 years experience in corporate compliance and securities regulations, and handles Radius' corporate regulatory work. Before joining Radius, she spent six years working as a corporate securities legal assistant in a major Vancouver law firm. She has completed the Canadian Securities Course and acts as Corporate Secretary for several other public companies.

| Tim Osler
Position: Corporate Secretary
Tim earned a B.Sc. in marine biology from the University of British Columbia. He owns and operates a mining consulting and retail mining equipment business, and has developed a gold mining placer property in the Yukon Territory which is currently in production. Tim acts as Operations Manager for Radius and several other public companies.
