A bulk-tonnage silver–gold–lead–zinc system in the Cordillera Negra.
Jonco is a large-scale silver–gold–lead–zinc system associated with dacite and andesite flows. Historic work has defined zones of silver- and/or gold-enriched mineralization that appear bulk-tonnage and open-pittable, exposed along a ridge. Much of the property outside this old drill area is only lightly explored, and the system remains to be explored.
